The Windmill Café is Murrumba's own student-run coffee shop. Students enrolled in the Certificate II/III in Hospitality have the opportunity to gain experience in multiple food service operation areas. Food preparation, plating food, customer service, barista and supervisory skills are all skills the students get practice in a fully functional café based on professional industry standards. Throughout the year students have breakfast and lunch shifts, serving fellow students and staff members. Functions are held throughout the year which are great opportunities to learn about roles within the Hospitality industry.
