State Secondary College Parents and Citizens Association is an essential and
active member of the College community. The objectives of the Association are
to promote the interests of, and facilitate the development and further
improvement of the College, by promoting parent participation, encouraging
close co-operation between parents, students and staff and promoting positive

P&C Officers are elected annually at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) which
is held in March.

are held at 6.00 pm on the second Tuesday of each month (school holidays
excluded) in the College Meeting Room on the first floor of the Administration
Building. These meetings provide a forum for parents, caregivers and community
to express their point of view on any school-related matter. Meeting dates for
the year are advertised in the School Calendar and fortnightly Newsletter.

The canteen is
operated by P&C. It is open 5 days a week, first and second breaks.
Preordering is highly encouraged - 8:10am – 8:30am at the canteen. Volunteers
