Aims
and Functions of the P&C Association
The Murrumba
State Secondary College Parents and Citizens Association is an essential and
active member of the College community. The objectives of the Association are
to promote the interests of, and facilitate the development and further
improvement of the College, by promoting parent participation, encouraging
close co-operation between parents, students and staff and promoting positive
community support.

P&C Officers are elected annually at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) which
is held in March.

Meetings
Meetings
are held at 5:30 pm on Wednesdayin week 3 and week 7 each school term in the College Meeting Room on the first floor of the Administration
Building. These meetings provide a forum for parents, caregivers and community
to express their point of view on any school-related matter. Meeting dates for
the year are advertised in the School Calendar and Newsletter.

If
you wish to be a voting member of the P&C Association please fill the application
form below. The form must be brought to a meeting of the P&C to be voted
on.

Scholarships and Awards.
The P&C
Association offers scholarships and awards to eligible students. Please
download the following form for information regarding scholarships.
Canteen
The canteen is
operated by P&C. It is open 5 days a week, first and second breaks.
Preordering is highly encouraged - 8:10am – 8:30am at the canteen. Volunteers
are welcome.
